PAXTON 365 

Paxton 365 is a mixed-use, transit-oriented project located in the Ballpark District of Salt Lake City. The 103,000 sq.ft. building is comprised of commercial space on the ground floor with 121 living units in the floors above. The building also features an outdoor dining courtyard at street level and an even larger courtyard on the 2nd level for residents. The interior has been carefully designed to appear similar to an upscale hotel while also providing affordable living options. High efficiency heating/cooling systems along with solar panels for common area lighting are part of the eco-friendly design used throughout the building. The cantilevered 5th floor community gathering space with a spectacular view of the Wasatch Front is a strong statement piece for the unique mixed-use project.
