Miller Mixed-Use project was an unusual project for JWRA Architects. The owner/client wanted help in determining the worth of her property and also wanted help in finding a developer. She also requested that the original house on the property, which was built around 1910, stay on the property.   After meeting with city officials and the owner, our office designed 24-condominiums, 10,000 sq. ft. commercial project with 65-car underground parking on .8 acres in the heart of Holladay, Utah. Our office also provided a pro forma for the project, recommended a developer, and we are currently working with both the owner and the developer as they work out a final agreement.  As a result, the owner will be able to maximize her land value and trade her equity into income property in the finished units.
