Little Bear Parkway is a 750-acre community master plan on the shore of Hyrum Reservoir in Northern Utah. The plan includes 324,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail; 3,500 residential units from apartments to luxury single family homes; a golf center with 18-hole course, restaurants, pro shop, etc. There are eight parks connected by three miles of trails throughout the community. The services provided by JWRA Architects included all city approvals, federal government approvals, neighborhood meetings and coordination with lenders. The project was put on “hold” due to the financial crisis of 2008.
