The Harvest Park Mixed-Use area was designed as part of an 18-building commercial-residential village. The overall design of the village distinguishes it from any other typical strip center developments. It includes retail and office uses with many of the buildings also having residential units on the upper floors. It is accessible by a landscaped walking trail from the neighboring 550 family community of Harvest Park. The design is intended to relate to the adjacent planned community and carefully follow the specific city zoning requirements.
