Red Bridge Station
Red Bridge Station is master-planned community to consist of 1,240 residential units that will range from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, 4-plexes to 5-story apartments. The site will have a retail shopping district and other general commercial projects, including a satellite campus for Mountainland Technical College (MTECH). Red Bridge is also in the Utah Transit Authority’s long-term plan for a new Bus Rapid Transit station. Red Bridge Station is located in Payson City, off the 800 South exit on I-15 in southern Utah county.
Harvest Park
Harvest Park is a residential development in Mapleton, Utah. It also includes a park with a pavilion, playground, and open space, as well as an event center available for rent. Harvest Park also features an event center, available for rent for various occasions like weddings. The development received the Governor's Quality Growth Award for its design and planning from Envision Utah.
